OASIS Small Business (SB) Pool 1 is a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that provides flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services. This contract:

Allows flexibility for all contract types, including hybrids and cost-reimbursement, at the task order level
-
Allows ancillary support components, commonly referred to as Other Direct Costs (ODC), at the task order level
Federal agencies may have a need to procure a wide range of services/service requirements while also having the flexibility of multiple contract types and pricing, at the task order level. This contract shall reduce contract proliferation and duplication across government. OASIS combines professional and IT services into one package with the goal of eliminating duplication of contracts.
