NIS is awarded Web Redesign contract for the Federal Housing Finance Agency (June 2022) Nationwide IT Services (NIS) is pleased to announce a new contract from the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA). Under this contract, NIS will support FHFA with redesign and development of their on-prem SharePoint website to industry best practice content management system using Drupal Open-Source technology. The FHFA was created by the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 (HERA) to regulate and supervise Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and the 11 Federal Home Loan Banks (jointly, the "regulated entities"). These institutions play critical roles in supporting our nation's housing finance system. In the coming year, NIS will re-architect/re-engineer FHFA's SharePoint based public website, www.FHFA.gov and migrate to a new FedRAMP certified cloud environment.
